Cinque Terre

We have been using the Appartment App with our managed properties and it has reduced the amount of time spent processing and reconciling the paper checks that didn’t always arrive on time.

Cinque Terre

Using Appartment has lead to almost all of our tenants paying their rent early or on time. We are really very pleased and can’t wait for the new functionality. Thanks Appartment

Cinque Terre

My landlord used to only accept paper checks which could be really inconvenient, especially if I was going to be out of town when my rent was due. I now use the autopay feature and never have to worry about it.

About us

Appartment is here to revolutionize the way people lease and manage residential real estate one step at a time. Initially we have created a rent payment gateway that has full mobile app functionality across platforms. Manage and pay your rent from your phone, either as a one off or use the recurring payment functionality so you no longer have to worry about missing a payment. You can also invite a roommate to join and split your payments across accounts or even a parent or guardian should they wish to help.

We plan to eventually create a platform that will make the finding and renting of an apartment as quick and seamless as booking a hotel room. This is obviously going to take a little bit more time, so we thank you for your patience.

In terms of costs, we charge a $1.50 user on-boarding fee (this is a direct charge from our payment provider and is not marked up in any way). We currently charge a monthly convenience fee of $1.00 should you choose to pay your rent through the app. There is no charge if you do not use the payment gateway.

For the time being, we only offer ACH payments, but do plan to add credit and debit card payments as soon as we can agree a deal that we feel will bring the best value to our users.

In the meantime, if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to get in touch and I will do my very best to come back to you as soon as I can.

Yours in convenience,
The Appartment Team
